HOW TO APPLY:
The first step is to apply for a free consultation (this is usually done via Skype or over the phone, if you are local we can meet up). There are limited spaces so I only work with people who are the right fit, but if we are not I will help you to find someone who is a better fit! New clients must complete introductory paperwork and set up payment, then I write and deliver your first programme.
Programmes are reviewed and updated every 4 weeks.

- BASIC OPTION: Online bespoke personal programme (2 different workouts): £30 / month (save £5)
- BRONZE PACKAGE: Online bespoke personal programme (2 different workouts) plus monthly coaching call: £40/month (save £10)
- SILVER PACKAGE: Online bespoke personal programme (2 different workouts) plus weekly food journal reviews £55 / month (save £40)
- RECOMMENDED FOR BEST RESULTS AND BEST VALUE:
GOLD PACKAGE: Online bespoke personal programme (2 different workouts), monthly coaching call and weekly food journal reviews £65 / month (save £45)
- EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM RESULTS:
PLATINUM PACKAGE: Online bespoke personal programme (2/3 different workouts each week), weekly coaching call, weekly food journal reviews, ongoing email support £125 / month (save £75)
- Coaching Call £15 (one off payment per call)

- Additional Weekly Workouts Options (if you want 3 / 4 / 5 different workouts each week rather than 2) add £10 per month per additional workout
Payments are set up online before I create your programme. Monthly payments are set up as a subscription (that you must cancel and notify me in advance when you decide to stop – refunds are not possible). You will get an updated programme every 4 weeks – this timeframe is not arbitrary but is to ensure you keep progressing (any programme is only good for a period of time before your body adapts!).
If you are away I can provide you with a bodyweight workouts to do while away, please let me know before I write the programme for that month!
You can adjust the level of support at any time – it is usually best to start with the GOLD option for 1-3 months then drop down to the lower levels of support as needed.
