I will meet you at a convenient location, such as your work or home, and we can discuss your individual needs in more detail.

Here you can decide:   

  • If you want to train with me
  • How frequently you wish to train
  • Which location(s) are best for you
  • What times you would like to train

And I can find out more about you, getting the admin out of the way in advance:

  • Your exercise history
  • Any health related issues
  • Your main obstacles in the past
  • Your current nutrition
  • Your goals and target dates for acheiving them
  • Your committment level and how much you are prepared to take on board my advice

In addition I will explain:

  • More about how Personal Training works
  • The benefits of Personal Training in more detail
  • What kind of training we will be doing

I will also give you a nutrition diary to get started with, so I can begin to assist you with your nutrition as soon as possible into your training, and I will give you some top tips to start working on before we even get to the first session!

The consultation can last anywhere between 30 mins and an hour and is completely free with no obligation whatsoever. Feel free to book even if you are not sure if Personal Training is for you and want to find out more about it.
