One of the first things we will be looking at together, are your GOALS.

Some people approach fitness with very vague ideas of ‘getting fitter’ or ‘losing a bit of weight’ but such loose goals make it hard Which do you want more of?  to incite significant lifestyle changes.

We will look to uncover goals that you may not have realised you had, or ones you are resigned to ignore.

Once you have identified a goal you can begin to make the journey towards it, so that is our crucial first step.  We will re-visit goals on a regular basis, ensuring the goal is still appropriate for you, and evaluating progress.  Goal getting is an ongoing process and a very important part of the work we will be doing together.

Once we have clear goals we will set about developing a programme of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes that will work for you, to ensure you achieve those goals.

Just imagine – soon you will be achieving things you might not have even considered possible, and those goals you are apologising for (‘well, really I’d like to be a size 10, but a 12 is more realistic’) are finally well within your grasp – trust me, I have every confidence you truly are capable of more than you give yourself credit for!
