All training package options are listed below.  The initial course of training requires a minimum committment of 2 sessions per week for the first 4-6 weeks, then you can drop down to 1 session per week (but you must do your own training!) or move to Fit Body Fix Bootcamp.

You can expect to lose at least a clothing size, between 5-10 lb of fat (weight loss from dieting alone is usually only water, muscle and glycogen – fat loss is what we want and what results in losing dress sizes!) in the first 6 weeks! If your goals are not fat loss, then I still advise you follow the S.I.MP.L.E. Nutrition System for wellbeing, energy and health or muscle gain and definition, all programmes are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Results are 100% guaranteed! You simply need to train consistently 3 times per week,  perform any ‘homework’ stretches and exercises & follow my S.I.M.P.L.E. Nutrition System for 6 weeks, providing me with a completed food diary each week.

I can provide you with a 4-6 week training programme for you to follow in a gym or at home, this is provided as an extra 30 minute session with a programme to take home, at a cost of £30.

ONE OFF TRAINING SESSIONS or KINETIC CHAIN ASSESSMENTS:

If you want a programme to do at home or at the gym, then I also offer one-off training sessions.

I recommend you have a new programme every 4-8 weeks for best results – any programme must be regularly updated to continue getting results.

This is also the option if you would like to have a KINETIC CHAIN ASSESSMENT, to uncover any muscle imbalances and postural issues (this is the first step in any one to one coaching programme).  These sessions can also include a full BODY FAT assessment, using calipers, as well as measurements.

GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES:

Small group training is s an alternative option. The first session will be split into individual assessments so may extend longer than the hour, all other sessions are an hour long.
