I only work with people who are committed to make changes to their lifestyles.
There are no ‘cookie cutter’ hard and fast rules I apply to everyone, as you a
re an individual with individual needs and challenges. But I do expect you to be committed and to make the changes we agree upon together. You will need to exercise 3 times per week, so if you train with me only once you must fit in your extra workouts. You will need to complete a nutrition log for my review each week – for accountability and so that we can establish where changes can be made. You may be surprised at this – often I’ll be swapping out the boring ‘diet’ foods and swapping in the fun stuff!!
So, if you feel you are prepared to make the committment I need from you, then consider getting in touch. We can meet for a completely ‘no strings’ consultation, at your home or a cafe near work in your lunch-hour. I don’t want to work with someone who doesn’t want to work with me, so this is for both of us to decide if it will be a ‘Perfect Fit’. This is also your opportunity to ask me anything you are unsure of and you’ll get a few things to be getting on with before training starts!
We can then schedule in your initial assessment, and your initial course of training.
