Great workshop, thanks Caroline! Good pace and easy to follow. Feels like its going to work my upper body really well too.
I have been practicing yoga on and off for about two years but I had reached a point where I felt I wasn’t progressing. I found Caroline’s class online in October last year and from my first session I loved her style of teaching so much I have been nearly every week since; it’s very friendly, welcoming and chilled yet energized. The atmosphere she creates and her knowledge of the body, and the benefits of the postures and sequences which helped me to get back into my practice and rediscover my love of yoga!
I found the workshop really interesting the method is taught & explained really well with lots of information to take home for follow up. I'm really (really) shy but felt comfortable joining in with the practicals as the atmosphere was helpful and relaxed (thank you!)
