In 3 months I’ve lost about a stone and that’s obviously very important. I’m feeling fitter, I am definitely stronger. It’s good to bounce food stuff about with you, I like to have someone to talk about it with. More importantly though is the fact that I have STUCK WITH IT. My normal pattern for anything is 3 months on and leave it. You’ve helped me stick with it. Primarily because I like you and respect you and reckon you know what you’re talking about. Second because I have a laugh. Third because when I’m not laughing but crying (!) you have been a friend to me, which is all pretty cool.
Would you recommend Perfect Fit for Life and if so, who would you recommend to? I’d definitely recommend you to any of my personal training desiring friends!
