There are so many reasons why we are not where we want to be right now, but equally there are many ways to overcome these obstacles! I can help you find the solutions that will work for you, around your life, so you can live life to the full and look and feel great: these things should not be mutually exclusive!
But the first step is to acknowledge the obstacles, then devise a plan to work round them, or jump over them!!!

This is all too common, but you should be happy that you have come to this site, as most people are doing the wrong thing, working out incorrectly, but have no idea! They think that they need to just work harder, do more, eat less… But that is not the case! You need to work smarter – and of course that is where I come in!

Losing weight is supposedly simple – eat less, exercise more, right?
But there is more to it than that. Life throws us far too many opportunities to eat more and exercise less! We need to have strategies in place to make sure we can live this life to the full, while also getting and keeping the body we deserve.
Yes, you do deserve to look and feel your best!
If you look and feel great, and have more energy, your family, friends and colleagues will all benefit!
Exercise and eating better is not something we need to feel guilty about – we need to find ways to ensure that we prioritise our own health and wellbeing, so we can break free from the cycle we find ourselves in if we forget about our own needs: The neverending spiral of feeling tired, stressed, unfit and overweight.
When you are in control of your health and wellbeing you will feel great from the inside out!
You will have increased energy, confidence and vitality, so you can really live your life to the full. An added bonus, of course, is that you will look great too!

Our current lifestyles are sedentary and are causing us structural injury and ill health, as well as contributing to the steady creep of weight gain. We owe it to ourselves to break the cycle and take positive action to reverse the process, and instead give our body what it truly wants and needs to be fit, vibrant and happy!
A healthy lifestyle is a balanced lifestyle, and my fitness coaching ethos is built around my core values of health, happiness and balance.
Balancing your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, recovery, sleep with fun and laughter is what means you will not only get results in a physical sense, but you will notice the improvement throughout your whole life.
It is not simply a case of ‘going to the gym’ or ‘going for a run’, as you may already have realised.
We are all frustrated and misguided by inconsistent and innaccurate information being pumped out of media outlets and supermarket shelves.
Working out the answers for ourselves is not as simple as it should be. I am not only a Master Personal Trainer, but I constantly read and research to ensure I can give my clients fitness and nutritional programmes and advice that work. Much of what you will learn will be new to you, much you may be shocked to find out. My job is to educate you so you can not only get fantastic results, but so that you can sustain them, regardless of how long you spend training with me.
