Regular exercise will make you feel great - and nothing more so than training in the fresh air! I encourage clients to train outside: at a local park (Southampton Common or Winchester's Riverside) the New Forest or a nearby beach.
If you prefer the privacy and convenience of your own home I can come to you there - all the better if you have a garden!
